We are very pleased to announce that Brent is alive and well and back home after his surgery. He is back at it, pickin' and grinnin' and in general being the ornery cuss that we all know and love. Brent wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and messages during his convalescence. Here's a picture of Brent with his physician, Dr. William Long. Dr. Long was a track star in college and recently won a gold medal in the long jump at the Adult Olympics in Hawaii. In addition to be a gifted physician he is a truly wonderful person. The staff at Sandspur records would like to say thank you to Dr. Long for the excellent care he gave Brent.
